Vintage VIP Petites Lilac Blue Sleeveless Dress/Night Dress

I'm not sure if this is a maxi dress or a lounge nightie to be honest. I think it could be used as such or even as a beach cover up at night. Details: * Brand: VIP Petites * Size 6P * Lilac blue in color * Tie strings at neck * High waist Measurements (are approximate): PTP: 16.5" laying flat (Stretch to 19") High Waist: 15" laying flat (Stretch to 17") Bottom Width at hem: 22" Length: 44.5" Material Composition: * 100% Cotton Pre-owned from my closet in good used condition. Washed and ready for wear from a smoke free home. Call outs (See photos - I go over my items with a fine tooth comb for any imperfections so that to disclose everything) : * There are two small stains on the front right side down around the hip/knee area.
