Vintage Valentino Black mini skirt. It's of two minds; half velevet, half wool full 90s! Did you know velvet isn't a fabric but a weave? Velvet can be made of cotton, silk, viscose, wool, polyester any fiber really. Unfortunately most velvet in the stores today is made of synthetics like polyester. Don't settle for plastiv velvet!
