Vintage Vase Kaiser White Porcelain made in West Germany signed "Olivia" #23

Kaiser White Porcelain Vase made in West Germany. "Pre-owned" - Estate Sale Excellent Condition. Hand painted on both sides. Signed Olivia in gold #23. 8.75" in height, opening diameter is 3.25" Beautiful Peacock with blues and oranges. Orange flowers on the other side of the vase. In great used vintage condition. No chips or cracks etc but there is a squiggly line on 5e neck on the side, not too sure if it is from the manufacturer or a scratch?
