Beautiful chocolate brown velvet floor length evening dress with sun ray or fan pattern piping trim. Zips up the back. Very nice condition. Most likely a 90s piece. Size is US 2. It does have some stretch. It fits snug on the mannequin which measures 35” bust, 26.5” waist, and 36” hip. The dress is 51.5” long from the shoulder to hem.
