Product Details Label: Patty O’Neil. Tag size 12. Fabric: rayon. Condition: Cap sleeves. Side zip closure. Velvet bodice is partially lined. Shirred crinkle taffeta waistband. Skirt has crinoline layer. One small hole in back, close to a pleat, easily stitched shut, and not overly noticeable. Back appears to have a satin inset added.
