Vintage Velvet handmade midi/maxi skirt as is

Beautiful vintage velvet handmade skirt. Has gorgeous gold eyelet details near the hem, and one side slit. The velvet material is a nice weight. Most likely meant to be worn mid waist, not super high, as there are darts at the waist but they are quite short. No size tag, most likely a small/medium Waist 28” Length 38” Vintage as is, This skirt has no tags, is definitely handmade, most inside edges are raw. The end is hand tacked, some of it is done in white for some reason, but its not very noticeable.
