Vintage Venice Pen Stand & Perpetual Calendar

A vintage -my guess is the 1970s or earlier- combination pen holder, perpetual calendar and ashtray. The front is engraved "Venezia," Italian for "Venice" and the calendar is in Italian so it was most likely once a souvenir. The center has a gondola and its driver while the front has an ashtray with 2 slots. The calendar rotates well and its paper does not look dried out but it does have a ding in back. The stand is a little under 7" wide by 4 3/8" deep by 3 1/2" high to the top of the pen holder.
