Very good preowned vintage condition, 3/4 sleeve, vertical barcode striped dress shirt in blue, white, black and grey. The remnants of the tag look vintage. Could have been made in Canada, but I can't know without telling the brand. Tag has been cut out, but I see the word 'polyester'.
