Vintage Via Rail Engineers Cap by Victory Caps

This hat is made in Canada by Victory Caps, shell is 50 %cotton, 50% polyester laminated to polyester foam. Gently used condition, appears minty on outside, but in the top unside if the hat there us a,small stain I have not tried to remove. I show a picture zoomed up so you can see how small it is.
