Vintage Victorian Style Ladies Ring Yellow Citron

This vintage ring is a mystery. The centre stone is not Diamond but the yellow stone seems to be citron. I can’t get a true metal reading. Seems like Sterling but has worn gold on the back. This ring has been sized and they don’t size alloy or at least didnt in this age of ring. It’s a size 8. Has signs of age and yet you have to love it for what it is. Price is negotiable.
