Vintage Vietnam War US army wool bed blanket Olive Green 66 x 79" Single / Twin

A vintage US military wool blanket, partially made from reprocessed wool. Tracing the army date code, it came from the Defence Supply Agency in 1965, during the Vietnam War. Despite claims of being shrink-resistant, it´s a little shorter than the label indicates. Label size 66 x 84" Actual size 66 x 79" (ca 167 x 200 cm) There are numerous small holes and surface mothing damage in the material (see images) The colour is a bit off in some of the photos and the blanket is more like the forest green in the darker images. Overall a great example of a historical piece and a fantastic addition to any Vietnam War - related collection.
