Vintage Vinyl Toy Circus Clown with Top Hat - Made in Hong Kong This clown measures approximately 14 inches tall and he is able to stand on his own. He is in good vintage condition with some minimal paint wear as shown in the photos. This clown is wearing a classic patchwork outfit that is removable. There is a loose piece of plastic in him and can be heard when you shake the doll.
