Vintage Virginia Belt Buckle Sic Semper Tyrannis & Black Leather Belt Old Sutler This was purchased at an elderly gentleman's estate sale. He was a Civil War enthusiast. The belt buckle appears to be brass with the emble of Virginia Sic Semper Tyrannis. The leather belt is stamped Old Sutler John and I measured from the end of the belt buckle to the 4th hole for size. I'm sure it could be resized, it appears to be hand made.
