The Tele converter lens extends the focal length of the basic lens, resulting in a telephoto lens with twice the original focal length. In addition, it is excellent for close ups because it doubles the reproduction scale. It opens up the fascinating areas of telephoto, long distance and close up photography without the slightest impairment in the performance of the basic lens.
