Vintage WOODWARDS Blue Plaid Pleated Midi Skirt

Loved this skirt! Unfortunately it's a bit too small for me. It's labeled a size 16 but I'm guessing someone shrunk it as it does not fit my size 12 waist. I have marked it as a size 8 but that's a guess so please reference pictures for measurements. Pleated all the way around but will need to be re-ironed to get those pleats to go back to how they should be. My iron quit on me so note it should be pleated flat.
