Vintage Wall Mask From the Caribbean

A long hand carved wooden mask or wall hanging that depicts a face topped with a headdress that features a turtle above a snake that is being grasped by a hand. I am unsure if its origins are Indonesian, African or Caribbean but I suspect that it comes from the Caribbean. It is a little under 36" in height.
