Vintage Walnut Dish, Inlaid Wood Nut Serving Bowl, Brass Center Cap for Mallet

This vintage nut bowl, is very unique as it features an inlaid wood veneer around the exterior. Really pretty wood grain with a nice warm tone. It was turned on a lathe by a woodworker and shows wonderful craftsmanship! The center has a brass cap to reinforce the surface where you can break nuts with a mallet. Sorry there is no mallet included with the dish. Measurements: 9 1/2" across and 2" tall. Condition: Some wear to venter cap, a few dings in the wood. Otherwise very good vintage condition.
