What a wonderful brooch! Slide the leaves to close or open this gorgeous cabbage rose. This Warner signed mechanical brooch is highly collectible. All pieces are present and in good shape and the mechanical components move smoothly to close or open. As it opens, it reveals layers of petals and the centre is host to a gold tone ball, finishing the beautiful picture of a WIDE open rose, soaking in the sunshine! Measurements: Width: ~1 3/4" when open Height: ~2 1/4" from stem to petal when open Please note: This piece is gorgeous vintage! As such, it has survived many decades and is bound to have some wear, as is the nature of vintage/pre-owned items. Although I can't find any real flaws in this piece.
