Vintage Wedding or formal occassion dress

Stunning dress with beautiful details. I apoligise for the lighting, there is zero discolourisation. No makers tag that I can find. This could be dyed if one were inclined. Size is a small, though hips are free, waist is 14.5 across the front, it is 17" from underarm to underarm across the front. This is from a smoke and pet free home.
