Vintage Western Black Leather Festival Vest

There was no brand or sizing info I looked up the CA number in the database and it was distributed by a corporation that was dissolved in the mid 1990’s. As for the sizing I based it upon approximate measurements. In my option it would a small / medium but please compare your approximate to your own. some light white residue specks on the leather and lining. one button is missing a black insert.
