Vintage Western Denim Corset Pleated Skirt

Crazy cool corset skirt! (try saying that 5 times fast…) The lore behind the piece: I got this skirt among many other amazing vintage 90’s pieces from an eccentric alternative fashionista that has since passed. It unfortunately does not fit me the way I want it to, and my short torso does not suit the skirt. Care and brand tag cut off, but the hardware says San Diego Jeans. Quality denim, looks and feels like 100% cotton with good weight to it. Buttons are decorative. Measurements in photos. Happy to provide more upon request. For reference, I am 5’3 and 105lbs.
