Vintage Western Producer Newspaper Belt Buckle

The Western Producer is a popular newspaper among the farming community. This buckle was a promo for that paper. It is black enamel with gold tone brass accents. Please zoom in and check out all photos. The buckle is in excellent working condition. Any white spots are just glare off the shiny enamel surface.
