This skirt is in great condition! Has a fit and flare silhouette with a ruffley asymmetrical hem. Beautiful bold floral pattern. The material is more gauzey and fully lined with a good amount of stretch. Waist band is elasticated. Tagged as size 12 and I believe would best fit a size large, but please see measurements!
