Vintage White Retro Ruffled Petticoat Crinoline Butterfly Hem Kawaii Fairy

Vintage petticoat featuring a unique scalloped hem with butterfly motif. Excellent condition! Top fabric is an ivory stretchy nylon. Ruffled skirt is made from a semi sheer, non stretch fabric that gives it a really nice volume. Made in the USA. Size listed as "OSF-most" Waist elastic is 27", could stretch to 34 or 35" comfortably. There is a button on the elastic that I believe can adjust the elastic length. Length is 24" including trim.
