Vintage White Ruffled Lace Blouse w Flared Sleeves

Absolutely incredible true vintage cream white blouse with ruffles and lace all around the neckline plus flared sleeves. SO in love with this piece! Does up in the front with ribbons. There is a small makeup stain on the front (pic 3 where my finger is pointing) but it’s not noticeable, there’s some pilling in some areas (pic 4) and the ribbons are not in the best condition but could easily be replaced (last photo) but it’s in otherwise good vintage condition. No size tag but fits like a medium.
