Vintage White Shirtdress: 1960s 1970s Preppy Belted Dress Pockets

A vintage white shirtdress that features a pointed collar, half sleeves, front pockets, three buttons on the chest, and a matching belt with belt loops. The tag states "Designer's Choice: A Limited Edition" No size tag or fabric tag, but it feels like polyester to me and could fit a size XS, S, or a small M. Please see measurements. There is a back zipper and a hoop and button closure at the back of the collar to keep the collar neatly together. The only flaw I see is a very tiny faint dark mark on the chest. Please see all photos. Please note that I am 4'11.5" and am modelling the dress. This may be a midi or a mini, depending on your height. I am purposefully wearing black underwear to illustrate the level of sheerness of the fabric.
