Retro, upturned front crown, with tulle bow at the back / net at front. Made out of those flat, poly straps that seals cardboard boxes closed. White No size, but interior circumference is approx 23" around; 3.75" tall crown at front. Fits at least a Medium. Too big on standard glass head.
