Vintage Wicker Tray With Children Marching Picture Under Glass

This is a unique decorative serving tray with a woven wicker frame. Glass is covering a picture of marching children in various uniforms, possibly representing different branches of service or youth organizations, holding flags and instruments.  The picture shows some buckling from moisture.
