Vintage Witchy Goth Lace-Up Boots

GUC 90s vintage laceup boots. Leather exterior, fabric interior. Some scuffing on toes which may go away with some polish and wear on tred. No brand, see photo for the only detail I would find. Adjustable laceing, fits more narrow.
