It measures 17 1/2" across the front from underarm to underarm, 16" across the front of the waist, 24" across the front at the hip area. It has a lace up front, shoulder straps, zipper back, 3 tier skirt with lace and tie at the waist. Genty pre-owned in very good vintage condition. It could be homemade.
