There are no tags of any kind on the dress. Flowy, lightweight. Vintage. Black and White polka dots. Excellent condition, no defects. Maxi length with high slit on the side. Comes with a tie belt however, the dress has no belt loops. This does not affect the sturdiness of the belt when it is tied around the waist. Deep V-neck.
