Chic, high waisted vintage pencil skirt. the construction is a wool/polyester blend, unlined. The back features a concealed zipper, with a small slit at the bottom with two accent buttons on each side of the opening. The size and brand name tags are missing, please refer to the measurements for fit, based on measurements, this would best fit a size 24 to 26 or XS (13.5" flat lay waist would be a total circumference of 27", no stretch to the fabric.)
