Vintage Wool Plaid Pleated Skirt

A beautiful olive green/grey plaid with stripes of red. It's jand finished on the hem and might be from the 1940s/50s but there' no tags for accurate dating. measurements made while laying garment flat: length approx: 29 inches waist/band size approx: 13 inches (will fit a waist about 26 inches, as a high waisted fit) but there is no stretch. there are 2 small spots from age and 1 part of the fabric has a small catch that could be fixed. any other questions, feel free to ask!
