Vintage Wool Red James Bay Inuit Parka White Fur Hood Dog Sled Patch Graphic

Beautiful vintage 100% pure wool insulated Inuit style parka from James Bay. Parka has a cozy hood with epic white fur trim that hangs down from the hood on the right side, likely fox fur. It has embroidered patch artwork in the front and back, featuring human figures in parkas (with real fur trim in their tiny hoods!) and a person on a dog sled with a snow-capped mountain in the background. Jacket is lined and insulated - the materials tag is missing but it feels like synthetic insulation. 2 front patch pockets with black and white decorative stitching around them, and bordering the bottom of the jacket. Sleeves have hidden ribbed cuffs and hood has a drawstring, to seal in warmth. The pockets and sleeves are trimmed with black leather. Parka is in good vintage condition with light signs of wear. There is a small stain on one of the human figures on the front pocket, see last picture for detail. It closes with a heavy-duty red zipper and some of the red color has chipped off the zipper pulls. Size tag is missing. Jacket fits like a women's Medium, please check measurements to be sure it will work for you. I wear a M and it fits perfectly.
