Vintage Wool shirt made in USA, sz 15 mens or sm ladies

Awesome cream and black plaid, excellent condition barring tiny discolouration as shown in last pic. Probably was mens shirt but has been worn as women’s. Very soft, not scratchy wool. Era unknown but from collar, probably 1970s.
