Vintage Wrangler cut-off short Shorts

Pristine vintage wrangler cut-offs. Vintage sizing labelled 30 but definitely way smaller. Waist is 14”, hips are 17.5”, rise is 7.5” and inseam is under 2”. I’d put these as a size 25 maybe and for someone who is petite in the hips. 100% cotton so they will be a little stiff until worn in. *First two pictures for reference.
