Vintage XS/S ivory/blue hand embroidered and cross-stitched short sleeve blouse

This lovely vintage blouse has gorgeous hand work that you do not see anywhere except couture these days. Really a dying art. Everything is not done by machine. It is so important to wear and enjoy pieces like this. Wearing rare items like this really elevates your individuality. This piece had probably never been worn and despite one faint mark near the top right shoulder( see last picture) it is in almost new condition. My guess it is from the 60’s.
