Vintage Y2K 90s Jessica Floral Long Midi Dress Sequins Flutter Sleeve Sheath

Sweet bold floral print on this vintage dressing amazing condition. Black background with green/pink/red/yellow botanical print. Sequinned accents to the front of the dress. Solid black underlayer peeks out the bottom. Bias cut gives it some nice stretch. Flutter sleeves with a drapes semi-cowl neck. Tag size 14 but fits small- calling this a size large.
