Delicious, gothic Victorian vibes! This vintage Y2K-era blouse is made of a soft cotton-blend lace with dramatic puffed sleeves (stiffened mesh keeps the shape). It features a high collar, long sleeves and back button closure. This top is transparent and would look equally lovely as an under layer or over top of a cami or bralette.
