Vintage Y2K Betsey Johnson High-Low Button Up Dress

This vintage Y2K hooded dress by Betsey Johnson is in a waffle-like texture like fabric with a guns and hearts pattern throughout and it’s’ skirt has pleats to give it extra volume and is low in back but, higher in the front. The sleeves are fitted with ties at the end and the dress has black buttons down the front. Perfect for any time that you want to dress up but want comfort as well. Please note that one of the buttons has a bit of damage but, it’s towards the bottom, as shown the above pictures and is not that noticeable.
