Rise 8.5 Waist (which is more of your hip measurement under the navel, in this case) 17.5 This style fits well on taller women, as the inseam is 31.5. Will cover the shoe or boot and skim the floor. 98% cotton 2% spandex for that curve hugging style we all love without the stretched out look of too much elastane. Leg is wider throughout.
