Vintage Y2K Brown Floral Popcorn Blouse

This vintage Y2K blouse is brown with white detailing. If you don't remember popcorn blouses/shirts, they arrive very small and wrinkled but can be stretched and worn a variety of sizes due to the elastic. This particular popcorn blouse has long sleeves, a high neck, and a beautiful floral design in the middle on both the front and back. This piece is not marked with a size and, due to the stretch in the fabric, is more like a "one size fits most".
