Purchased second-hand, these cropped/capri jeans are 100% cotton (no stretch) and made in Canada. They are listed as a size 7 Juniors, roughly a 28 waist (check measurements) and the rise is on the lower side - not too low! In excellent vintage condition - take these off my hands this spring!
