Vintage - Y2K Jacob Paisley Dress

I’ve had this for years and it’s in great condition I just don’t reach for it. Elasticated waist. Size Small. Perfect over tights in the winter or with a jean jacket in the spring/summer. Measurements (flat, approximate, not doubled) Shoulder to shoulder: 14” Length (taken from under armpit): 27”
