Vintage Y2K Kimchi Blue Bohemian Mini Dress

So sad this no longer fits. I’ve had this forever! Purchased by me in 2003 from Urban Outfitters. The cutest mixed retro floral prints and three metal buttons. Deep v and flutter sleeves. Gold metallic trim. Skirt drapes beautifully. Super flattering little dress or wear as a tunic over leggings or jeans. Soft rayon spandex blend. Size medium. Approx from flat unstretched: 18” pit to pit 14” across band 34” length In excellent gently used condition. There is a little hitch in the metallic thread on one side that is difficult to notice.
