Vintage Y2K Low Rise Denim Maxi Skirt

Brand is Contrast Jeans. Looks to be late 90s or very early 00s. Maxi length. Slit up the back for movement. Meant to be worn mid to low rise. 100% cotton. It's a thick and sturdy denim but does have a softness to it so it's comfortable to wear. Dark blue indigo wash. In great vintage condition with minimal signs of wear Labelled size 13. Vintage sizing runs small, see measurements to ensure a perfect fit. I think this would best fit a modern size 8-10.
