Vintage Y2K Manager Low Rise Belted Flare Jeans

I remember Manager being such a cool denim brand back in the 90s / early 00s! High quality and unique details set these apart. These jeans have a slightly raised texture to them. There's a built in belt that goes through a belt loop and then has a 2 button closure. The back has a cute stitching detail under covered red zip pockets. Low rise, fitted through the hip and thigh with a subtle flare / bootcut leg. Has stretch. 98% cotton / 2% spandex Labelled size 31. Vintage tends to run smaller than modern sizing. I'm a 28/29 and these fit me, just a hair snug. Probably would best fit a 28, but check measurements to be sure: Waist: 16.25" Hip: 18.5" Rise: 8.25" Inseam: 29" In good vintage condition with some signs of wear (see photos).
