Excellent preowned vintage condition, off-white/cream/light beige, cotton blend blazer by Forever 21. This blazer, purchased in the mid 2000s around the time Forever 21 first gained more traction, boasts a sleek, figure-hugging, Matrix-y fit. Best worn closed and with a belt. Labelled as a small, but fits closer to an extra small (please refer to measurements below).
