Vintage Y2K black knee high boots with mirror heels - size 6

Super cute black knee high boots! This is vintage from Y2K, early 2000s. Has some hardware detailing on the sides for a bit of edge and visual interest, fun mirrored stiletto heels (my favorite part), and a very pointed toe. Great for wearing under pants or with dresses and skirts! Heels approx 3 inches. Note: The heel taps will just need to be replaced because they are worn down on the right side and started to wear down on the left. See pic for reference. Worn a couple of times outdoors and still in great shape. I think they're faux / vegan leather but not entirely sure. Tons of life left. They're just a size too large for me, although they still worked with insoles which also made them more padded and comfortable.
