Vintage Y2K laced embroided tulle short sleeved cardigan/coverup, XS

Vintage 90's/ Y2K embroided tulle cardigan, probably XSmall (no tags). Had this piece for a very long time, inherited from a friend who passed away in 2006. There is a few small holes on the back of one shoulder (see pictures) , nothing a bit of white thread wouldnt fix. I usually wear small or medium, and this piece feels a bit tight on me. 14 in. flat shoulder to shoulder 21 in. flat shoulder to bottom the fabric slightly stretches. i'm finally ready to let it go.
